If you’re not satisfied with any aspect of our service, from actual product to delivery, please let us know, and we will do our level best to solve the problem for you.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All purchases made from our site are backed by our 14-day money back guarantee if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase.

If, when your goods arrive they are faulty or damaged, please email us within seven days of receipt of your order. We will refund the reasonable cost of your postage once we have received the goods at our warehouse.

Any shortages or discrepancies should be notified to us by email or telephone within seven days of receipt of your order. Please confirm if you wish to receive the missing items or a refund.

If you have ordered the wrong products or simply changed your mind, you can return goods to us within 14 days from the receipt of your goods, by contacting us via email for a returns number. Any returned items must reach us in unopened, "new" condition with all original packaging present.

Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return. Please ensure they are correctly packaged to make certain they will not be damaged in transit. No refunds will be made if the products are damaged upon receipt.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges may be payable if an exchange is requested. Please contact us if you have any queries about this process.

Refunds for returned items will be made to the debit or credit card used for the original payment. Refunds will be made to your account within 10 working days.

In the unlikely event that your order or items within it are damaged, you may return them to us for a full refund or exchange. We will also refund your return postage.

Paying Online by Credit or Debit Card
Payments are accepted through our payment processing provider PayPal by credit or debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo and Visa Electron. Simply select the Credit or Debit Card payment option when completing the checkout form.

You will be taken to a secure PayPal payment screen, which displays the secure padlock icon at the bottom of the browser window. This indicates that you are on a secure encrypted page, where all your data is safe.

Your payment details will be securely encrypted and cannot be read or accessed by anyone - and that includes us, we never see or have access to your card details at any time. For your additional security and peace of mind we do not store your card details either.
